What Your PM Covers:

• An eighteen (18) point maintenance and safety inspection on each garage door.

• A sixteen (16) point maintenance and safety inspection on each garage door opener system.

• Servicing of doors includes the tightening or replacement of defective bolts and nuts, lubrication

of rollers, pulleys and cables, adjustments of springs.

• Servicing of openers includes adjustment of electric door openers, tightening of chain, setting limit switches and lubrication of the entire drive mechanism.

• A detailed PM inspection checklist is completed, noting any safety issues or needed repairs.

• Checklist is reviewed with homeowner and a copy is supplied with service call receipt.

• Any necessary repair or replacement options are discussed with the homeowner prior to the service technician’s departure.
